Our Team

Carlos Cristiani, our founder, came to study business at the University of California, San Diego in the early 2000’s as an international student from Mexico City. He spent the next several years consulting for international clients. It was during this time that he realized the need for online guidance and support on how to incorporate a business in the US. Not only was it confusing for non-US businesspeople like himself, but for locals as well.
